History
OVERDICK was founded in 2000 by Andreas Rosponi, Ekkehard Overdick, Reiner Klatte, and Gerrit Schmitt in Hamburg. OVERDICK´s office is located in the center of Hamburg.
Overdick Malaysia has been founded 2010 in Kuala Lumpur in order to offer our Asian and Pacific region clients a more direct access to Overdick services and products. The office in Kuala Lumpur is the base for an operative engineering unit with structural engineers and naval architects and all the software packages necessary for working on projects directly in KL.
Philosophy
At OVERDICK we are innovative and dynamic engineers! We are an international team, hungry for new challenges around the world. Our main strength is to find special purpose solutions that give our customers´ projects the cost saving potential desired.
OVERDICK's focus is to apply modern engineering methods, to create practical and economical solutions to the complex challenges of our clients. This is possible with engineers who combine years of experience in design, fabrication and operations.

Office
Cremon 32 is in the very core of Hamburg, exactly here, approx. 1000 years ago, the Hanseatic city startet its first steps.
Here we are based in approx 1000 m2 with ample facilities to accommodate our project teams, disciplines, clients and meetings. The whole west side is facing the Nikolaifleet, the original river harbour, with sight of the old warehouses of the historical Deichstrasse.
Certifications
OVERDICK works under a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 which is certified by DNV. OVERDICK is also certified according to BS OHSAS 18001:2007 by DNV.
